PROCESSING TIME

After your order is confirmed, we will send it out within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped.

The confirmation mail will contain a tracking number.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost will be calculated at the check-out.

Free shipping for all orders within Germany > 80€.

 

PICK-UP

If you are in Berlin, you can also pick up your order at the Rose of the Airport Shop in Neukölln during the opening hours.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

 

METHODS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping within Germany usually takes 2-5 days.

International shipping usually takes 3-14 days.

Wo do not offer Express shipping right now.

Please note that there might be delays caused by the carrier or due to custom processes which we don’t take responsibility for. This might be the case especially during high volume periods.

 

CARRIERS

We ship worldwide with DHL.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We don’t ship to the USA right now because of the unclear custom situation.

DHL has temporal shipping restrictions on several countries. If you want to order from such a country, contact us and we try if we can find a solution for a save delivery.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@bwsr.shop. Include a photo of the delivered item. We will try to find a solution, which might include a refund or a replacement.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@bwsr.shop. We will file an inquiry with the carrier and try to find a solution.

 

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Custom and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADRESSES

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping information at the check-out. We don’t take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

 

RETURNS

Unworn and intact items can be returned. Please look up the Refund Policy.
